PISCINE OLIVE GROVE

Description

It is a small valley facing east and facing south, along a small stream. A hill on the other side of the river protects olive groves from the afternoon sun and covers one that protects early species. Rich and moist soil that produces fruits with a lot of pulp and – in percentage – with less wood from the pit. We have such delicate flavors.
