GRAND CRU LA RAMATA

Territory description

Completely flat land at an altitude of 135m near one of the largest olive-growing areas in the municipality of Canino. Overall, the climate is generally mild, as for the whole area of Canino, but the characterization of this cru is the extremely dry summers. This tends to accelerate the ripening of the olives by transferring citrus and tomato aromas to the oils that deviate from the typicality of the area. Soil of Alluvial origin with a sandy-silty cultivation layer.
