They apply both to purchases made by consumers for personal use and to purchases made by professional operators, for example through the HoReCa channel, with the distinctions indicated in the following points.<\/p>\n <p>By completing an order on the Site, the buyer declares that they have read and fully accept these conditions.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"s2\">\n <div class=\"sec-head\"><span class=\"sec-num\">2<\/span><h2>Formation of the contract<\/h2><\/div>\n <p>The contract is considered concluded when I&P confirms the order, including by means of a simple automated summary email, after the buyer has completed the checkout procedure and the payment has been successful. Before confirming the order, the buyer can always review the cart summary and correct any errors in the data entered.<\/p>\n <p>The contract is concluded in the Italian language.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"s3\">\n <div class=\"sec-head\"><span class=\"sec-num\">3<\/span><h2>Prices and Value Added Tax<\/h2><\/div>\n <p>Product prices shown on the Site include VAT for purchases made by consumers, in compliance with Art. 12 of the Consumer Code. A reduced rate of 4% applies to extra virgin olive oils; the standard rate of 22% applies to non-food accessory items, such as the I&P oil dispenser or apron. VAT on transport is 22%.<\/p>\n <p>The total price of the order, including taxes and any shipping costs, is always shown and confirmed before the purchase is completed, during the checkout phase. <\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"s4\">\n <div class=\"sec-head\"><span class=\"sec-num\">4<\/span><h2>Payment Method<\/h2><\/div>\n <p>It is possible to pay using different methods. Payment is required at the time of the order. Payment card data are under no circumstances retained by I&P and are managed directly by the payment service provider.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"s5\">\n <div class=\"sec-head\"><span class=\"sec-num\">5<\/span><h2>Shipping and delivery<\/h2><\/div>\n <p>Shipping within Italy is free for orders of \u20ac99.00 or more (VAT included). For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping fee of \u20ac9.90 (VAT included) will be applied. Additional fees apply for any requested supplementary services: delivery to a specific floor or telephone notification. <\/p>\n <p>For shipments outside of Italy, shipping costs are always borne by the buyer and are calculated based on the weight of the parcel according to the rates of the designated courier.<\/p>\n <p>Goods travel at the risk of I&P until delivery to the buyer or a third party designated by them, in line with Art. 63 of the Consumer Code for contracts with consumers. If, at the time of delivery, the packaging is visibly damaged, it is best practice to report it immediately to the courier, for example by signing \"received with updates\/reservations\" on the delivery document: this remains a practical piece of advice and is not a necessary condition for exercising the warranty rights described in point 7.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"s6\">\n <div class=\"sec-head\"><span class=\"sec-num\">6<\/span><h2>Return policy<\/h2><\/div>\n <p>If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to state any reason, pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code. For orders placed very close to each other in time, it cannot be ruled out that a product may have become sold out in the meantime: in such a case, the buyer will be contacted for a refund or an alternative proposal.<\/p>\n <p>Extra virgin olive oil is a natural agricultural product: the sensory profile and, in some cases, the exact composition of multi-product gift sets may vary slightly from one vintage to another based on production seasonality. Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes and may not correspond exactly to the batch actually shipped.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"s9\">\n <div class=\"sec-head\"><span class=\"sec-num\">9<\/span><h2>Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h2><\/div>\n <p>These conditions are governed by Italian law. For contracts concluded with consumers, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy, pursuant to Art. 33, paragraph 2, letter u) of the Consumer Code: no clause to the contrary may derogate from this principle. They apply both to purchases made by consumers for personal use and to purchases made by professional operators, for example through the HoReCa channel, with the distinctions indicated in the following points.<\/p>\n <p>By completing an order on the Site, the buyer declares that they have read and fully accept these conditions.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"s2\">\n <div class=\"sec-head\"><span class=\"sec-num\">2<\/span><h2>Formation of the contract<\/h2><\/div>\n <p>The contract is considered concluded when I&P confirms the order, including by means of a simple automated summary email, after the buyer has completed the checkout procedure and the payment has been successful. Before confirming the order, the buyer can always review the cart summary and correct any errors in the data entered.<\/p>\n <p>The contract is concluded in the Italian language.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"s3\">\n <div class=\"sec-head\"><span class=\"sec-num\">3<\/span><h2>Prices and Value Added Tax<\/h2><\/div>\n <p>Product prices shown on the Site include VAT for purchases made by consumers, in compliance with Art. 12 of the Consumer Code. A reduced rate of 4% applies to extra virgin olive oils; the standard rate of 22% applies to non-food accessory items, such as the I&P oil dispenser or apron. VAT on transport is 22%.<\/p>\n <p>The total price of the order, including taxes and any shipping costs, is always shown and confirmed before the purchase is completed, during the checkout phase. <\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"s4\">\n <div class=\"sec-head\"><span class=\"sec-num\">4<\/span><h2>Payment Method<\/h2><\/div>\n <p>It is possible to pay using different methods. Payment is required at the time of the order. Payment card data are under no circumstances retained by I&P and are managed directly by the payment service provider.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"s5\">\n <div class=\"sec-head\"><span class=\"sec-num\">5<\/span><h2>Shipping and delivery<\/h2><\/div>\n <p>Shipping within Italy is free for orders of \u20ac99.00 or more (VAT included). For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping fee of \u20ac9.90 (VAT included) will be applied. Additional fees apply for any requested supplementary services: delivery to a specific floor or telephone notification. <\/p>\n <p>For shipments outside of Italy, shipping costs are always borne by the buyer and are calculated based on the weight of the parcel according to the rates of the designated courier.<\/p>\n <p>Goods travel at the risk of I&P until delivery to the buyer or a third party designated by them, in line with Art. 63 of the Consumer Code for contracts with consumers. If, at the time of delivery, the packaging is visibly damaged, it is best practice to report it immediately to the courier, for example by signing \"received with updates\/reservations\" on the delivery document: this remains a practical piece of advice and is not a necessary condition for exercising the warranty rights described in point 7.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"s6\">\n <div class=\"sec-head\"><span class=\"sec-num\">6<\/span><h2>Return policy<\/h2><\/div>\n <p>If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to state any reason, pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code. For orders placed very close to each other in time, it cannot be ruled out that a product may have become sold out in the meantime: in such a case, the buyer will be contacted for a refund or an alternative proposal.<\/p>\n <p>Extra virgin olive oil is a natural agricultural product: the sensory profile and, in some cases, the exact composition of multi-product gift sets may vary slightly from one vintage to another based on production seasonality. Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes and may not correspond exactly to the batch actually shipped.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"s9\">\n <div class=\"sec-head\"><span class=\"sec-num\">9<\/span><h2>Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h2><\/div>\n <p>These conditions are governed by Italian law. For contracts concluded with consumers, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy, pursuant to Art. 33, paragraph 2, letter u) of the Consumer Code: no clause to the contrary may derogate from this principle.
