Before you give
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
We ship within 48 hours of your order. To receive the gift before Christmas in Italy, order by December 15.
Can I ship it directly to the recipient?
Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient's address as the shipping address and your details as the billing address.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. At checkout, open "Add a note to your order" and write the message and the recipient's name: we'll put it in the package.
How much does shipping cost?
In Italy it is free over 99 €, and costs 9,90 € below that. I Caninesi always ships free. If you order several gifts together, such as Alchimie and Gli Amanti, you go over 99 € and shipping is free.
Is a basket included?
No, there is no basket. The products you add arrive in the same package as the gift box, protected for the journey.
What's the difference between cardboard and wood?
The oils inside are the same. Only the box changes: the wooden one is a keepsake long after the last drop.
Is it really new-harvest oil?
Yes. The Grand Cru oils are from the 2026 harvest: olives picked and milled at our mill between October 4 and 22.
Do you make corporate gifts for just a few people?
Yes. Fill in the quote form with the number of gifts you need: we build the proposal on that number, with an invoice made out to your company.
How should it be stored?
In a cool, dark place, away from the stove, with the cap tightly closed. Once opened, extra virgin olive oil is at its best in the following weeks.
What if something goes wrong?
You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened items, plus a 24-month legal warranty. You can find full details in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
