Terms and Conditions

These General Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products offered through the website iandp.it (the “Site”) by Azienda Agricola Ione Zobbi S.r.l. (hereinafter “I&P” or the “Seller”). They apply both to purchases made by consumers for personal use and to purchases made by professional operators, for example through the HoReCa channel, with the distinctions indicated in the following points.

By completing an order on the Site, the buyer declares that they have read and fully accept these conditions.

The contract is considered concluded when I&P confirms the order, including by means of a simple automated summary email, after the buyer has completed the checkout procedure and the payment has been successful. Before confirming the order, the buyer can always review the cart summary and correct any errors in the data entered.

The contract is concluded in the Italian language.

Product prices shown on the Site include VAT for purchases made by consumers, in compliance with Art. 12 of the Consumer Code. A reduced rate of 4% applies to extra virgin olive oils; the standard rate of 22% applies to non-food accessory items, such as the I&P oil dispenser or apron. VAT on transport is 22%.

The total price of the order, including taxes and any shipping costs, is always shown and confirmed before the purchase is completed, during the checkout phase.

It is possible to pay using different methods. Payment is required at the time of the order. Payment card data are under no circumstances retained by I&P and are managed directly by the payment service provider.

Shipping within Italy is free for orders of €99.00 or more (VAT included). For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping fee of €9.90 (VAT included) will be applied. Additional fees apply for any requested supplementary services: delivery to a specific floor or telephone notification.

For shipments outside of Italy, shipping costs are always borne by the buyer and are calculated based on the weight of the parcel according to the rates of the designated courier.

Goods travel at the risk of I&P until delivery to the buyer or a third party designated by them, in line with Art. 63 of the Consumer Code for contracts with consumers. If, at the time of delivery, the packaging is visibly damaged, it is best practice to report it immediately to the courier, for example by signing "received with updates/reservations" on the delivery document: this remains a practical piece of advice and is not a necessary condition for exercising the warranty rights described in point 7.

If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to state any reason, pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by professional operators for their business activity, nor to products with a broken seal or opened packaging after delivery, for hygienic and food safety reasons.

If you purchase as a consumer, products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, which is valid for 24 months from delivery. To report a defective product, one damaged during transport, or an item different from the one ordered, please follow the procedure described on the Returns & Refunds page.

I&P is committed to keeping the product availability indicated on the Site up to date. For orders placed very close to each other in time, it cannot be ruled out that a product may have become sold out in the meantime: in such a case, the buyer will be contacted for a refund or an alternative proposal.

Extra virgin olive oil is a natural agricultural product: the sensory profile and, in some cases, the exact composition of multi-product gift sets may vary slightly from one vintage to another based on production seasonality. Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes and may not correspond exactly to the batch actually shipped.

These conditions are governed by Italian law. For contracts concluded with consumers, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy, pursuant to Art. 33, paragraph 2, letter u) of the Consumer Code: no clause to the contrary may derogate from this principle. For contracts concluded with professional operators, the Court of Viterbo shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us directly by writing to info@iandp.it: in most cases, we are able to resolve the situation without the need for further steps. If you purchase as a consumer, you may alternatively turn to a recognized Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body, or consult the European Commission's information page dedicated to consumer protection, available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

I&P may update these conditions at any time, for example to adapt them to regulatory changes. The conditions applicable to each order are those published on the Site at the time the order is placed.
