Six Crus, one single soul
The Caninese cultivar is the soul of northern Lazio. But even a soul, when observed closely, reveals many nuances.
This gift set contains six different Crus, all obtained from the same olive variety, but cultivated in different olive groves: the altitude changes, the soil changes, the exposure changes. And the oil changes with them.
Within a radius of just six kilometers, you will discover six unique sensory expressions, the result of different microclimates and soils. From the greenest and most intense Caninese, to the softest and most herbaceous.A vertical, horizontal, emotional journey.
More than just an oil, it is a force of nature: imagine the energy of a green field where the vibrant power of pepper and wild chicory blends with the delicacy of flowers and pine nuts. A rare and magnetic balance, capable of captivating the senses with its complexity and leaving an indelible memory. It is pure excellence, created for those who seek an emotion on the plate that goes far beyond simple taste.
There is no single way to love, just as there is no single way to interpret the land. This gift set is an invitation to discover the nuances of love through three unique olfactory personalities: the intensity that overwhelms, the lightness that caresses, and the balance that builds. An experience created for those who aren't just looking for a product, but a moment of complicity to be experienced skin-to-skin and palate-to-palate.
Included in the gift set, you will find our Professional Tasting Guide. It is not just a simple brochure, but the manual to transform your dining table into a sensory laboratory.

Da anni in I&P facciamo ricerca in questo campo, ed è per…
