Every year, from all the batches of our Crus, we select a few that have reached levels of absolute perfection and blend them carefully to produce an oil exceptional in aromas, flavors, bitterness, and pungency. Our goal is to create an oil of great power, yet at the same time, of immense harmony and the highest caliber.

Hence the name Forte & Eccelso.

By its very nature, this is an oil that we are only able to produce in small quantities.
