Close your eyes and breathe in the fresh energy of a garden in the morning: vibrant notes of mint and cut grass intertwine with the enveloping sweetness of wildflowers and almond. An oil of rare elegance, which does not overpower food but embraces it with a bold yet never aggressive character. It is the secret ingredient you have been looking for to transform an ordinary dinner into pure Mediterranean emotion.
Bold, with well-balanced bitterness and pungency. It adds freshness and roundness to the dish.
This Cru extends over a completely flat area at an altitude of 125 meters at the base of the Canino Mountains, from which the sea is visible 10 km away. A Maremman climate characterized by mild winters, thanks to the protection offered by natural barriers against strong north winds (tramontana). Beneath the topsoil, at a depth of 80–90 cm, lies a limestone slab typical of this area, which features thermal sulfur springs that help accelerate the ripening of the olives. The soil is predominantly clayey and rich in microelements perfectly suited for olive growing, which enhances its potential by showing vegetative vigor in the trees throughout the year.
