Every year, among all the lots from our crus, we choose the ones that have reached the highest levels and blend them with care. We look for an exceptional oil in aroma, flavor, bitterness and pungency, powerful and harmonious at the same time. By its very nature we only make small quantities of it.

How it's made
This oil is a blend of several single-cultivar Grand Crus, so the soil ranges from limestone to tuff, clay and volcanic.
